Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including product manuals, installation guides, system specifications, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to gather and translate complex technical information into easily understandable documents.
- Create and manage online help systems, knowledge bases, and technical content for both internal and customer-facing use.
- Ensure all documentation is aligned with industry standards and best practices for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Update and revise documentation as needed based on product updates or feedback from teams and users.
- Participate in quality assurance testing and provide feedback on product functionality to improve documentation quality.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Requierements:
- Proven experience as a technical writer, with a strong portfolio of technical documentation (HVAC experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, terminology, and industry standards.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for various audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
