IT Assistant, Jerusalem (May 2025)

Scope of position and background info:
Part to full time, 5-day week
Alternating Fridays

Responsibilities:
As an IT Assistant for CJL you will provide computer support, including hardware and software assistance, for end users.
Skill Set: All levels entry level.
Install software.
Very good communication abilities.
Ensure privacy and data protection.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Analytic reasoning.
Problem solving.
Verbal communication.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer issues.
Perform regular upgrades.
Perform troubleshooting activities.
Troubleshooting system failures and bugs.
Upgrade computer firmware.
Answering technical questions.
Attention to detail.
Customer service.
Get certified.
Hardware management.

Requirements:
Basic level of all computer-related issues, formal experience an advantage.
Certifications – advantage but not necessary.
2 years of experience providing support to end users, troubleshooting hardware/software issues and installing PC and peripheral equipment.
Hebrew conversational, English required.
