IT Specialist, Tel Aviv (June 2024)

Responsibilities:

Provide helpdesk services for the company employees. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot hardware and software issues (sometimes remotely)

Maintain dozens of SaaS applications and platforms used by the Melio employees

Maintain and support the local network devices and components

Maintain the operation of all video conference devices and rooms in Melio.

Execute the onboarding and offboarding process from an IT perspective.

Implement and maintain security tools

Support and maintain the company cloud environment together with the DevOps teams.

Maintain and support the company’s IT inventory

Support the security teams with the daily operation of security controls.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in IT operations (hands-on experience)

Proficiency in technology tools including, but not limited to Google Workspace, Zoom, Neat, A/V equipment, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, Zendesk, etc.

Good knowledge of MacOS and Windows OS

Knowledge of the following IT systems: MDM, IDP, SSO

Knowledge of the following security systems: EDR, Mail relay

knowledge in switching, routing, and FW management.

Passion for working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task and project manage in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.

Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written) and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Fluent in English
