Junior Marketing Automation Specialist, Petah Tikva (June 2025)

Responsibilities:

  • Build and schedule email automations (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.) across multiple brands
  • Set up campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, SFMC, Braze, or similar platforms
  • Segment audiences based on behavior, engagement, and shopping activity
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing to optimize results
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag opportunities to improve
  • QA and proof campaigns to ensure flawless execution
  • Assist with customer journey mapping and flow enhancements
  • Stay up to date on trends in e-commerce CRM and automation

 

 

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing (preferably e-commerce/DTC)
  • Proficiency in SQL: big plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/ AMP Script for building modular templates- Must!
  • Proficiency in at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Klaviyo, SFMC, Braze)
  • Strong attention to detail — you catch the typo before the customer does
  • A performance mindset: you like to see the numbers and know what’s working
  • Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving team
