Responsibilities:
- Build and schedule email automations (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.) across multiple brands
- Set up campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, SFMC, Braze, or similar platforms
- Segment audiences based on behavior, engagement, and shopping activity
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing to optimize results
- Monitor campaign performance and flag opportunities to improve
- QA and proof campaigns to ensure flawless execution
- Assist with customer journey mapping and flow enhancements
- Stay up to date on trends in e-commerce CRM and automation
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing (preferably e-commerce/DTC)
- Proficiency in SQL: big plus.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/ AMP Script for building modular templates- Must!
- Proficiency in at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Klaviyo, SFMC, Braze)
- Strong attention to detail — you catch the typo before the customer does
- A performance mindset: you like to see the numbers and know what’s working
- Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving team
