Scope of position and background info:

Hybrid Remote

 

Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation & Design:

Design collateral for various digital platforms, including social media, blog posts and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into visually engaging assets.

Develop and maintain PointFive’s visual brand guidelines.

Create campaign assets, including banners, email templates, videos and landing pages.

Design creatives that maximize engagement and conversion rates.

 

Brand Development:

Drive consistency in brand identity across all marketing channels and internally across functions.

Evolve PointFive’s visual language to align with our positioning.

 

Video & Interactive Media:

Produce short-form videos and animations to enhance content storytelling.

Explore and implement interactive design elements that elevate user engagement.

 

Collaboration & Strategy:

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design outputs with overall marketing strategy.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative campaign ideas and marketing initiatives.

 

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a designer in a marketing or creative agency environment.

Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

Experience with Webflow.

Experience designing for B2B technology brands or technical audiences.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Familiarity with video editing tools and animation techniques.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing page designs.

A portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital marketing materials.
