Responsibilities:
Create and manage Hubspot, Salesforce and Salesloft integrations, lists, enrichments, reports and more.
Manage, create and monitor GTM automation tools such as Clay, Zoominfo, Zapier/Make, RB2B and Chilipiper to build and improve marketing automation processes.
Oversee Outbound SDR Funnel and automated lead generation. This includes monitoring KPIs, conversion points, SDR assignments and performance analysis.
Manage the company’s Hubspot account and provide information on lead attribution and SDR analytics.
Support essential Outbound marketing initiatives in HubSpot, Salesforce and SalesLoft, including data uploads, status management, segmentation, and data cleansing.
Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Requirements:
3-5 years in marketing operations, particularly in fast-paced B2B organizations – a must.
Advanced expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and Salesforce, with a focus on Outbound processes.
Experience in SDR/BDR roles – an advantage.
Quick learner, highly motivated, problem solver and a team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ownership mentality – this is not a role for someone who’s just a task taker.
Experience with Zapier/Make/Clay – An advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
