Job Description
- Building personalized plans for visits to Israel by a variety of groups: pilgrims, leisure, business, academic, groups, individuals, and more
- Preparing price quotations
- Working with suppliers: hotels, tour guides, tourist sites, restaurants, speakers, and more
- Management and control of all aspects of a group while in Israel 24/7 (including resolving problems and last-minute changes)
Requirements
- Ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in English and Hebrew. Other languages – an advantage
- Experience working with Office and Google applications
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and to multi-task, be proactive, and pay attention to detail
- Patience and service at a very high level
- Order and organization at a very high level
- Academic degree in the Humanities or Social Sciences/Hospitality/Tourism – an advantage
