Leading research institute in Jerusalem seeks a highly motivated and experienced personal assistant to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office
- Manage the director’s calendar and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate work-related travel abroad
- Schedule management meetings, attend meetings and take minutes
- Build the schedule for senior management from the US during their visit to Israel, including booking hotels and organizing local travel
- Collaborate with the secretaries of the different departments
- Prepare materials for meetings and create presentations
- Translate and edit documents from Hebrew to English
- Lead and assist in promoting projects

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with senior executives – essential
- Previous experience as a personal assistant to a senior executive – essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Hebrew and English – essential
- English fluency – essential
- Academic degree – essential
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office – essential
