Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring optimal time management for executives.
- Coordinating meeting logistics, preparing materials, and tracking follow-ups.
- Arranging international travel, including flights, accommodations, and last-minute changes.
- Handling internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives or senior leadership in a global company.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- High emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and calendar management tools).
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage urgent requests, and support executives outside of standard working hours when needed.
