PPC Specialist, Tel Aviv, (February 2025)

Full time. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads to drive high-quality leads and conversions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data and generate insights to improve ROAS and CPA.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop and test ad copy and landing pages.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid search marketing.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring the highest possible return on investment.
  • Research new and additional channels to test or incorporate into the performance marketing plan

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, or similar.
  • Experience with B2B performance required, Fintech or Financial Services experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience with CRM and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Proficiency in campaign tracking, conversion optimization, and bid strategy management.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns and B2B performance marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with financial services and fintech is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluent in English; Hebrew is a plus but not required.
