Product Growth Manager, Tel Aviv (March 2025)

Scope of position and background info:

Full-Time, On-Site

 

Responsibilities:

Drive meaningful impact—everything else is a tool to get there.

Lead end-to-end strategic growth initiatives with a primary focus on acquiring new investors to expand eToro’s user base.

Collaborate closely with marketing dept. and other product teams to acquire new investors.

Develop deep expertise in your domain: user behavior, quantitative data, market trends, and competitors.

Conduct continuous discovery to identify the biggest opportunities.

Formulate hypotheses and MVPs based on discovery insights.

Design and run A/B tests to validate or refine your hypotheses.

Analyze performance, extract learnings, and iterate to improve results.

Work with the product analytics team to track key metrics and performance indicators.

Lead a cross-functional squad to execute growth initiatives.

 

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management at a leading tech company.

3+ years of experience in B2C product management (or B2C-like companies) (must-have).

Familiarity with marketing acquisition strategies and especially performance marketing.

Strong UX understanding and deep user empathy.

Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.

Solid understanding of product growth theory and methodologies.

Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives through product-led strategies.
