We’re looking for a Project Manager who can meticulously manage and monitor every stage of the project of our product development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
- Project management of makeup product from the conception stage to the final product- including packaging, labeling etc.
- Analytical and strategic planning capabilities, benchmarking with market competitors.
- Work with external interfaces such as: international suppliers around the world.
- Management of delivery dates and compliance with demanding goals.
- Negotiating with the company’s factories and suppliers.
- Set a project timeline and monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Working with internal organizational interfaces such as design, marketing & supply chain etc.
Requirements:
- Fluent English.
- A degree in business administration or industrial engineering or any related field.
- Experience in project management from cosmetic/ pharma or any related field.
- Profound knowledge of office software- experience working with Excel/ Monday and SAP.
- Independence and multitasking.
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong organizational skills
