Publisher Business Development, Tel Aviv (March 2024)

A leading company is on the lookout for a Publisher Business Developer to join our team in the Tel Aviv Office. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and finalizing contracts with publishers for video content distribution and monetization. The position requires managing publisher relationships, enhancing satisfaction, and driving increased business results.

What you’ll do:

– Compile and regularly update hit-lists of potential sports publishers.

– Manage the publisher deal cycle from initial outreach and demo to negotiation and contract signing.

– Handle all aspects of publisher account management, resolve issues, conduct business reviews, optimize commercial performance, and encourage upselling.

– Coordinate new publisher integration from a business standpoint in collaboration with the product, R&D, and operations teams.

– Develop and customize commercial materials and pitch decks.

– Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Finance, Business Operations, and Legal to ensure smooth publisher operations.

– Partner with the marketing team to increase awareness and new business opportunities for the publisher segment.

– Travel for conferences and client meetings as needed.

What you’ll need:

– A passion for sports.

– 3+ years of experience in selling video and monetization products to publishers.

– Knowledge of digital advertising formats, monetization strategies, and ad technology.

– Experience in working internationally.

– Full business proficiency in English.
