JCA is looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team by handling a variety of administrative tasks. This remote position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional well-versed in modern communication and organization tools.
Responsibilities:
- Slack Moderation: Manage and moderate Slack channels to maintain a professional communication environment.
- Google Workplace Setup and Maintenance: Oversee the setup and ongoing maintenance of Google Workspace, ensuring optimal functionality of tools like Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
- Email Communication: Assist in composing and sending general emails, maintaining organized correspondence.
- Meeting and Zoom Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings and Zoom sessions, including technical setup and troubleshooting.
- Note Taking and Sharing: Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute them to relevant team members.
- Zoom Production: Produce high-quality Zoom meetings, managing multimedia elements like breakout rooms and background music.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize documents in Dropbox and Google Drive, ensuring easy access to important materials.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative roles, particularly in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and tech-savviness.
- Independent worker capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential information.
