Overview: A fast-growing startup in Tel Aviv is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our Risk and Compliance team. This full-time role is perfect for a professional with a strong background in Information Technology, particularly those who have progressed through technical levels to a Security Analyst role.
Role Description: The Risk and Compliance Analyst will lead the expansion of our security operation services and provide Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) services. This includes building relationships between internal asset owners and our SIEM/SOC provider.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate processes required for SIEM/SOC operations.
- Manage and enhance GRC procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience as a Security Analyst, with hands-on involvement in setting up and integrating SIEM/SOC processes.
- Proven track record in a technical role within a similar environment.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong team orientation and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Training and experience in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).
