– Forge and nurture relationships with international clients, ensuring top-tier customer service and support.

– Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the technical prowess of our offerings.

– Tailor solutions to meet customer needs, emphasizing the technical advantages our products provide.

– Work in tandem with the sales team to devise strategies and meet sales goals.

– Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.

– Offer technical advice and support to customers, addressing queries and solving technical issues as they arise.

– Clearly communicate technical specifications and system requirements to clients.

– Collaborate with internal departments like engineering and product development to relay customer feedback and aid in product enhancements.


– A track record of success in technical sales, ideally within the thermodynamic systems, mechanical systems, or semiconductor sectors.

– Stellar communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to a non-technical audience.

– A proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

– Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially regarding technical questions.

– Driven, self-motivated, and focused on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

– Open to international travel as part of the role.
