Responsibilities:
- As an SDR you’ll help us engage with inbound leads via calls/email/social
- Identify the qualified leads and set up qualified demos for Sales to establish and grow pipeline opportunities
- Email campaigns and follow up with relevant leads
- Establish and nurture long term relationships with Top of funnel leads via LinkedIn/emails/chat, moving them through the sales funnel, until they are ready for high intent engagement with a sales rep.
- Manage all of your prospecting efforts in our CRM tool (hubspot) to ensure we can track all sales and prospecting activity
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales team on strategic new business initiatives (markets, roles, geographies etc.) to generate new opportunities.
- Researching and mapping our target audience around organizational structure, people, and existing technology, and creating a plan with product marketing of whom to contact and with which offering.
- Manage, nurture and grow a pipeline of relevant outbound prospects
- Research and prospect our markets to find the ideal companies and contacts who will benefit from our product, and to establish new business and build relationships with key decision-makers in those targeted accounts (ABM).
- The position requires availability during US business hours and days: Monday – Friday, 1PM-11PM
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/any other sales position.
- Hunger for success, high energy, self motivation, team player, happy person with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Willingness to get scrappy, we’re a start-up!
- Native English speaker – must!
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter, goal-orientated, and customer-centric
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a startup environment
