Sales Development Team Support Representative, Netanya (December 2024)

Scope of position and background info:

Full-time

Hybrid work – 3 days from office, 2 days from home

 

Responsibilities:

Generate high-quality leads through market research, proactive outreach and building lists of potential customers.

Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages and other channels.

Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to the sales teams for further development.

Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and track interactions and lead progression.

Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion processes and increase sales volume.

 

Requirements:

High energy, motivation and a desire to succeed in the sales field.

Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Strong proficiency in English, additional languages – a great advantage.

Experience with CRM systems – an advantage.
