Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, documentation, testing, production release, and team communication.
- Manage and execute Salesforce configuration tasks, such as validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and flows.
- Implement and automate processes within our customer service platform – Intercom.
- Collaborate with global teams to provide system support, conduct training, gather feedback, and identify system enhancement opportunities.
- Develop innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a system analyst or project manager, with a demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementations.
- Proven experience with Salesforce, including configuration, design, and administration (custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules).
- Knowledge of development components (e.g., triggers, classes, Visualforce pages) is essential.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms, with a preference for Intercom experience.
- Experience integrating third-party tools with Salesforce (e.g., Salesloft, LinkedIn SN, FormTitan, marketing tools).
- Strong service orientation with the ability to manage relationships with global stakeholders.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Salesforce.com certification is an advantage.
