Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates to the Fiverr program; build strong relationships with existing affiliates and work with them to optimize and grow their campaigns.
- Monitor performance at the partner and program levels; analyze trends and opportunities; and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Conducted strategic work to establish the long-term vision and goals of the affiliate program; implemented strategic initiatives and projects to grow and develop it.
- Improve operational efficiency by developing infrastructure, automating processes, and integrating AI into our activity.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships, working for a global product company in the online industry – a must.
- Analytical mindset, proficiency in using data to make informed decisions.
- Have an entrepreneurial and business ownership mindset.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Affiliate Networks.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and the online industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal cross-department stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in marketing, business, or related field.
