The platform utilizes AI-driven recommendations, visual storytelling, upselling, and personalized campaigns to help brands enhance sales and conversion rates. Dialogue’s technology analyzes user patterns to deliver personalized experiences throughout the online journey.

Responsibilities:

– Cultivate extraordinary relationships with clients based on trust and mutual success.

– Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding to engagement and renewals, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and product adoption.

– Develop, analyze, and report on customer success KPIs, leveraging data insights.

– Provide clear goals, direction, and regular feedback to team members.

– Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand revenue.

– Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Sales, R&D, and other departments.

Qualifications:

– 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS/B2B companies.

– Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation abilities.

– Knowledge in e-commerce showcasing an understanding of industry trends.

– Fundamentally analytical, with the ability to collect, analyze data, and optimize opportunities.

– Experience with technically oriented products and delivering technical solutions.
