Social Media Manager, Holon (April 2025)

Scope of position and background info:

Full-Time

 

Responsibilities:

Report to the CMO and ensure content is aligned with brand style and positioning.

Develop and implement a comprehensive social strategy to support business objectives and drive growth in a disrupted market.

Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and events.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize social efforts.

Create Thought Leadership content that serves various ICPs.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of organic social campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Proofread and edit content for errors and inconsistencies from company stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

Native English speaker- MUST.

Excellent writing and editing skills.

2+ years of experience in social media, copywriting, or compelling storytelling for tech companies (preferably B2B).

Experience in leveraging various tools and platforms to develop, measure, and analyze content performance.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams within Marketing to produce content, make it available to the target audience, and promote awareness of it over appropriate channels.

A portfolio of relevant content.

Independent and the ability to handle and manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
