About the Role:
- Serve as a primary storyteller for Tailor Brands across social channels by building a deep understanding of our mission, products, culture, and values to create captivating content.
- Develop and execute strategies across all social media platforms, with a main focus on Instagram and TikTok, as well as Facebook and YouTube.
- Ideate, produce, and manage the creation of a range of content for social channels with the help of our in-house design and video teams.
- Create and implement a comprehensive organic social content and campaign strategy that aligns with both company and marketing-specific goals.
- Oversee and maintain a social content calendar, ensuring timely production and delivery across existing channels.
- Establish strong partnerships across marketing, partnerships, and product teams to identify potential content creation opportunities.
- Align social strategy with the overall marketing calendar and objectives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition/member retention, and engagement/conversions.
- Execute the day-to-day management and maintenance of all social media channels, including posting scheduled content and maintaining a relevant highlights section.
- Build out weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and ad-hoc social listening reports to continuously offer insights and improvement methods.
- Manage and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing social media marketing channels and content creation, preferably in a B2C environment.
- In-depth working knowledge of social media strategy for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn as well as other emerging platforms.
- Experience in creating and monitoring social media metrics, tracking performance, and providing regular reports to identify insights.
- A mix of left and right brain; strategic thinker with a creative application.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Experience with both awareness and acquisition campaigns.
- Comfortable owning day-to-day execution and engaging with our customers and partners.
- Experience maintaining and growing social audiences across multiple platforms.
- Creative and strategic thinker with high attention to detail, process, and management skills.
