Support Specialist + QA, Jerusalem (May 2024)

An innovative tech company in Jerusalem is currently seeking a Support Specialist with additional responsibilities in Quality Assurance (QA). This dual-role position is crucial for ensuring both optimal customer support and the high quality of our products through thorough testing and problem resolution.

Job Summary:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of all company products and services to effectively resolve related issues.
  • Technical Support: Address technical queries relating to software, hardware, or system configurations.
  • Documentation: Develop and update support manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Problem Solving: Prioritize and solve customer issues, escalating complex situations as needed.
  • Communication: Utilize various channels such as email, phone, and live chat to engage with customers and team members.
  • Training and Onboarding: Help train new staff or customers on product functionalities and best practices.
  • Testing: Participate in the QA process to maintain product standards and identify any potential issues.


  • Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic technical proficiency, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Linux, MySQL, and networking concepts.
  • Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team.
