Our rapid growth has been recognized by clients like Spotify, NY Times, NBC, CNN, and iHeartMedia. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic, global team. Your primary role will be to engage directly with our users, ensuring they enjoy a superb experience with Riverside.

Daily Activities:

– Interact with users primarily through chat and email, and occasionally through video calls.

– Collaborate with other teams to refine our product offerings and communicate about new features.

– Seize the opportunity to learn about Riverside’s operations from the ground up and influence the organization’s future.


– Technical savvy with a keen interest in learning about and explaining technical concepts.

– Native-level English speaker with strong writing capabilities.

– Able to empathize with users and understand the issues they face.

– Finds joy in solving open-ended problems and learning about a technical product, even when it’s challenging.

– Proactive about taking on new projects, which may involve quick research to become an expert and seeing tasks through to completion.

– A background in audio or video engineering is highly regarded.

– Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus.

– Experience working with Enterprise customers is beneficial.
