Responsibilities:
Focus on sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent through various channels.
Manage and coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ fit.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring needs.
Leverage social media and employer branding strategies to attract candidates.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in technical recruitment (sourcing / coordination / or talent acquisition).
Strong sourcing skills with experience in recruiting databases and social media (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Results-driven mindset with a “get things done” attitude.
Social media and employer branding experience – a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach.
