Talent Acquisition Specialist, Tel Aviv (January 2025)

Scope of position and background info:

Full –Time

Availability to work Monday-Friday

 

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to our teams worldwide, including profiling, sourcing, telephone interviews, in depth interviews and extending offers.

Provide impressive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback, interviewer preparation and an effective interview frame.

Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide guidance and help them build exquisite teams.

Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.

Provide insight, best practices and interview preparation to both candidates & hiring managers.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on the specifications of each role and the requirements of each interview process.

Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support recruitment business decisions, strategy, processes and activities.

Take part and lead cross organizational recruiting initiative promoting different topics like candidate experience, diversity, employer brand, EVP creation etc.

Plan and organize recruiting related events and special projects.

 

Requirements:

Native English and proficient Hebrew, alongside outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.

1-2 years of experience in recruiting in a fast-paced environment such as high-tech/start-up companies or recruitment agencies.

Proven experience in direct sourcing techniques.

High level of efficiency, independence, time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

Detail-oriented, initiative-driven, independent and highly organized with a ‘can do’ approach.

High energy and collaborative team player.
