Responsibilities

  • Drive growth through new partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, and payment aggregators.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal execution.
  • Represent Neema at key industry conferences and events, identifying and converting high potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Use data to optimize performance, working with HubSpot and BI tools to monitor pipeline, conversion, and volume expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships within payments, fintech, FX, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing complex long term deals.
  • Strong understanding of cross border payments and institutional client needs.
  • Self-starter, commercial mindset, proactive, persistent, and results driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and run high value consultative sales processes.
  • Data driven, organized, and comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and BI dashboards.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and represent Neema at industry events.
  • A hunter with an execution-first mindset – quick to act, adaptable, and committed to making things happen.
