Rental Apartments

A unique housing service is available to our community.

Subject to availability, Telfed offers 105 apartments – including 2, 3 and 4 room units – for rent in one of our three buildings in Tel Aviv or Ra’anana.

While absorption centres were once the starting point for new arrivals to Israel, it became apparent to Telfed that new Olim needed more than 5 months to decide on where they would settle long term. Today, with fewer absorption centres, age limitations and distance to the big cities, Telfed’s rental apartments provide an exceptional convenience for our Olim.

Since the first tenants moved into Telfed’s Hostel on Amishav Street, Tel Aviv in 1952, it was clear that these apartments would offer more than just a place to live. Not only do our tenants enjoy reasonably priced rentals in central cities, they gain a community.

70% of rental income is used to assist Olim with their absorption and to help those in financial need. 30% of rental income is used for building maintenance and upkeep.

To apply for a rental apartment, please note that you must complete both the online ISRENTCO application request and the Telfed contact form.

The Israel Company for the Rental of Apartments to Immigrants (ISRENTCO)
