Our Telfed Tiyul group set out on a journey of culture, connection, and remembrance. We began by immersing ourselves in the rich traditions of Bedouin life at the Bedouin Heritage Center, gaining a deeper appreciation for a community with centuries of history and resilience.
We then continued to the South African Memorial Forest in Lavi — a site established by the Jewish National Fund (JNF) — where we gathered for a moving Memorial Ceremony in honor of Israel’s fallen and victims of terror.
It was a day filled with reflection, unity, and profound meaning.
