A performance-marketing and lead-generation company based in Tel Aviv, Israel is looking for a Business Development Associate.
This position is hybrid – work from home on Sundays and work from the office on Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
You will own P&Ls and lead a varied portfolio of partner accounts. The role involves developing long-term strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities, executing business strategies, and managing daily partner communications. You will launch and expand new business areas, collaborate across teams on high-impact initiatives, analyse data to guide decisions, and represent the company at major global industry events.
Requirements:
Candidates should have at least two years of business development experience (performance marketing is an advantage), a strong record of acquiring and onboarding clients, and strong analytical abilities with Excel proficiency. The role requires initiative, attention to detail, strong organisational and execution skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Excellent communication skills, native-level English, and a relevant bachelor’s degree (advantage) are expected.
