Full time: 5 working days per week. 08:00–17:00.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interface:
- Responsible for all communication and interaction with customers.
- Ongoing discussions including reports, activity analysis, and status updates as required. Handle inquiries, issues, and challenges in coordination with relevant parties.
- Prepare monthly invoices, lead forecasts, manage peaks, and handle exceptional events.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer operations and budgets, and identify ways to improve efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
- Strong self-management skills, ability to prioritize, distinguish between main and secondary tasks, manage time effectively, and take personal responsibility.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; ability to learn independently.
- Pleasant and courteous demeanor, customer-oriented, experience in sales (service rather than product-based).
- Very high level of English—both spoken and written.
