Customer Account Manager, Airport City (December 2025)

Full time: 5 working days per week. 08:00–17:00.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interface:

  • Responsible for all communication and interaction with customers.
  • Ongoing discussions including reports, activity analysis, and status updates as required. Handle inquiries, issues, and challenges in coordination with relevant parties.
  • Prepare monthly invoices, lead forecasts, manage peaks, and handle exceptional events.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer operations and budgets, and identify ways to improve efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong self-management skills, ability to prioritize, distinguish between main and secondary tasks, manage time effectively, and take personal responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; ability to learn independently.
  • Pleasant and courteous demeanor, customer-oriented, experience in sales (service rather than product-based).
  • Very high level of English—both spoken and written.
