24/7 Customer Service Representative
- Provide telephone and digital customer support in Hebrew and English.
- Coordinate and communicate with medical professionals and service providers abroad.
- Work rotating shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends, with a minimum of 4 shifts per week.
- Good English proficiency is required.
- Transportation is provided for residents of the surrounding area.
