Responsibilities:
- Employ accurate data analysis techniques to evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement. Produce clear, actionable insights to guide innovation and improve product KPIs.
- Design and implement algorithms to automate and optimize performance measurement and decision-making processes.
- Develop, train, and deploy predictive models that enhance Trigo’s core capabilities.
- Continuously monitor, validate, and refine models in production to ensure accuracy and robustness.
- Collaborate with algorithm researchers, product managers, and Operations to align model design with business and R&D goals.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Engineering or Exact Sciences (M.Sc. is an advantage).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (preferably with BigQuery and PostgreSQL dialects), with experience in ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn).
- Proven ability to handle complex datasets and perform feature engineering and data preprocessing.
- Hands-on experience developing machine learning models (e.g., classification, regression, clustering) and deploying them in production.
- Proven ability to summarize and visualize complex data, presenting insights in a clear, compelling manner.
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- A strong theoretical and practical foundation in statistics and data science methodologies.
- A mission-oriented critical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A team player by nature with great communication skills and a can-do attitude.
