We are seeking a warm, dedicated, and perceptive Inclusion Aide (משלבת) to support a boy in Grade 1.
English – native; Hebrew – at least conversational
## Role & Responsibilities
- Social Navigation: Help him understand social situations, decode playground dynamics, and build meaningful peer connections.
- Classroom Routines: Guide him in adjusting to the structure, routines, and expectations of a Grade 1 classroom.
- Self-Expression: Support him in communicating his needs and emotions appropriately and confidently.
- Emotional Well-being: Foster a sense of belonging, security, and confidence in his new school environment.
## Ideal Candidate
This position is perfect for students looking for relevant experience alongside their studies. We are ideally looking for students majoring in:
- Education or Special Education
- Psychology
- Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Speech Therapy / Communication Disorders
- Or related therapeutic/educational fields
We are open to students in other fields as well as candidates who are not students.
## Position Details & Benefits
Hours: 24 hours per week (with flexibility to work around your university class schedule).
Location: Ra’anana.

- Employed and paid directly by the Ra’anana Municipality.
