Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and execution
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure proper version control
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on legal matters
- Track legal invoices and liaise with accounting
- Conduct basic legal research, including new market analysis
- Collaborate with internal departments (Business Development, HR, Customer Care, Accounting) and external counsel (when necessary)
- Assist Head Counsel and participate in departmental meetings
- Develop and update legal templates, procedures, and internal policies
- Assist in training new employees on legal processes
- ISO – related administrative tasks.
Skills
- Fluent in English and some Hebrew
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Background in Legal work – (advantage).
