Marketing Coordinator, Remote (November 2025)

Scope of the position: Part-Time, Remote

Hours: Up to 40 hours per month (part-time, contractor)
Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: Hourly / Monthly retainer (invoicing required)

Responsibilities
● Project Coordination: Support execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives; ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent projects.
● Assist with implementation of multiple tasks for events
● Content & Website Management: Support website updates and blog publishing in WordPress, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
● Assist with social media posting/scheduling
● Administrative Support: Track invoices, support with admin tasks including reaching out to vendors or suppliers for various projects
● Tool Management: Use Monday.com to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure team alignment.
● Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Requirements:
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● Native-level English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Hands-on experience with WordPress.
● Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com (project management).
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office
● Self-starter, proactive, and reliable with strong time management.

Preferred Qualifications
● Prior experience in a B2B high-tech company or marketing experience.

● Familiarity with content publishing, event support, or social media coordination.
