Responsibilities:
End-to-End Event Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Papaya’s presence at global industry events (CWS, SIA, HRTech, fintech/payments conferences, etc.)
- Lead field activations, executive roundtables, and creative brand experiences that stand out (think beyond the booth – think food trucks, magicians, workshops, uber creativity….etc.)
- Manage logistics, production vendors, event agencies, and post-event reporting
Marketing & GTM Integration
- Collaborate with Content, Design, ABX, and Product Marketing to develop compelling pre/post event campaigns
- Own event messaging alignment and asset creation (signage, decks, microsites, printed materials, gifting, etc.) stemming from overarching Product Marketing/Content team messaging
- Partner with SDRs and Sales to support pipeline generation, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling
Partnership & Thought Leadership Events
- Support partner-led events and co-branded activations (e.g., with Worksome, JPMorgan, etc)
- Help bring thought leadership moments to life through executive dinners, fireside chats, and invite-only forums
Internal Field Coordination
- Collaborate with the regional sales leads and AMs to prioritize events that align with pipeline and territory needs
- Ensure seamless internal communication pre/during/post event (run-of-show, staffing, lead process, etc.)
Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B event management, ideally in tech, fintech, or HR/payments
- Proven ability to manage multiple global events with precision and creativity
- Strong eye for brand and experience – can think beyond booths and banners
- Operationally excellent, detail-obsessed, and thrives under pressure
- Collaborative, positive, and proactive with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with enterprise sales and GTM teams a plus
- English mother tongue
