Scope of the position: part-time Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the project management system and client database.
  • Provide essential administrative and office management support.
  • Prepare, send, and track billing and related documentation.
  • Assist with the processing of various U.S. tax filings

Requirements

  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel
  • Experience with Adobe PDF or similar tools – an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to learn quickly
  • Fluent in English; Conversational Hebrew – required
