Scope of the position: part-time Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the project management system and client database.
- Provide essential administrative and office management support.
- Prepare, send, and track billing and related documentation.
- Assist with the processing of various U.S. tax filings
Requirements
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel
- Experience with Adobe PDF or similar tools – an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to learn quickly
- Fluent in English; Conversational Hebrew – required
