Responsibilities
- Drive growth through new partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, and payment aggregators.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal execution.
- Represent Neema at key industry conferences and events, identifying and converting high potential opportunities.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Use data to optimize performance, working with HubSpot and BI tools to monitor pipeline, conversion, and volume expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships within payments, fintech, FX, or financial services.
- Proven track record of developing and closing complex long term deals.
- Strong understanding of cross border payments and institutional client needs.
- Self-starter, commercial mindset, proactive, persistent, and results driven.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and run high value consultative sales processes.
- Data driven, organized, and comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and BI dashboards.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and represent Neema at industry events.
- A hunter with an execution-first mindset – quick to act, adaptable, and committed to making things happen.
