Responsibilities
Team Management:
Lead and manage in-store attendants across multiple branches.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
Operational Execution:
Implement and continuously improve work processes related to
onboarding, implementation, and technical support.
Customer Engagement:
Maintain customer communication and proactively resolve issues.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Analyze data to identify trends and improve service.
Innovation & Project Leadership:
Improve technical customer satisfaction KPIs.
Requirements
- Strong service-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Those who enjoy learning new technology and explaining it in a clear, simple way.
- Experience in retail/ supermarket work, delivery, or training- not required but a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic field environment, with initiative and responsibility.
- Availability for a full time position, working in morning/ evening shifts (including Fridays)
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required (the company provides a fuel card- “Dalkan)
