Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing and onboarding
- Collaborating with Executive Leadership and Account Managers to execute client acquisition strategies.
- Actively engage with customers and partners to identify new revenue opportunities and relay insights to product and leadership teams to drive innovation and value creation.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to align product improvements with evolving market and customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and ad-tech industry leaders; represent Appalgo at relevant events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to support data-driven decisions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Experience in the AdTech industry or related fields- a significant advantage
- Proven ability to identify potential clients, build strong relationships, negotiate deals, and onboard new customers- an advantage
- Native or near-native proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business, Law, Accounting, or Behavioral Science
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to innovate and make an impact in your area of expertise

- Capable of working independently while also being an effective team player
