Responsibilities:
- Internalize the Mission, Vision, and Values of Atera
- Strategize with the sales team to classify accounts based on our ideal customer profile.
- Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities. You will select, develop, and nurture business relationships within key accounts.
- Your goal is to identify key decision-makers and determine buying readiness and timelines for potential business opportunities.
- Maintain sales data through CRM Software that will influence monthly/quarterly sales reports, pipelines, forecasts, etc.
Requirements:
- Native English – Excellent spoken and written skills
- At least 1+ years of sales or related business experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated by individual and team achievement
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Advantage: Experience in cold calling and generating new leads
