Responsibilities:

  • Internalize the Mission, Vision, and Values of Atera
  • Strategize with the sales team to classify accounts based on our ideal customer profile.
  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities. You will select, develop, and nurture business relationships within key accounts.
  • Your goal is to identify key decision-makers and determine buying readiness and timelines for potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain sales data through CRM Software that will influence monthly/quarterly sales reports, pipelines, forecasts, etc.

Requirements:

  • Native English – Excellent spoken and written skills
  • At least 1+ years of sales or related business experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated by individual and team achievement
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Advantage: Experience in cold calling and generating new leads
