Content Creation, Production + Editing:
- Capture and produce short-form video and photo content
- Edit content using CapCut and native tools
- Create Reels, stories, and posts aligned with the CEO’s voice
Posting & Daily Account Management:
- Publish content across Instagram and Facebook
- Write compelling, on-brand captions
- Manage daily story flow and engagement features
Community Engagement:
- Respond to comments and DMs thoughtfully
- Identify audience trends and themes
Strategy & Growth:
- Develop content ideas and series
- Track performance and optimize
Content Pipeline Management:
- Maintain organized content library
- Ensure consistent content flow
Real-Time Content:
- Capture and respond to timely moments
Monetization & Growth (Potential Scope)
As the platform evolves, there may be opportunities to expand into monetization in a way that aligns with the brand’s voice and values.
The Social Media Manager may support these efforts over time:
- Subscription community support
- Brand partnership integration
- Affiliate/product storytelling
- Audience journey development
