Responsibilities:
- Play a significant role in Atera’s growth and help the company reach its business goals.
- Build, manage, and scale high-budget paid social and video campaigns (Meta) for B2B buyers, from strategy through execution to reporting.
- Monitor and analyze big data on various KPIs to optimize performance.
- Cultivate innovative ideas and discover new opportunities to scale up based on industry trends, new features, and possibilities of advertising platforms.
- Run constant A/B tests on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rate.
- Manage cross-team and cross-department projects.
- Present weekly performance analysis to stakeholders, highlighting trends and next steps.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of paid digital marketing hands-on experience, running paid social campaigns in Meta and managing large budgets.
- Excellent analytical skills, experience in A/B testing, and decision-making based on big data analysis – Must.
- Advanced Excel skills – Must.
- Advanced analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets, Excel/Sheets, Looker/Power BI.
- Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution, and lead-to-revenue workflows.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Can-do approach, independent problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Advantages:
- Previous hands-on experience with additional platforms.
- Salesforce knowledge.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) or intent data platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase)
- Background in the B2B SAAS industry or other similar competitive verticals.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent in a quantitative, data-driven field such as marketing, economics, finance, accounting, market research, science.
