Priority is given to Israeli students of Southern African lineage*.
*"Southern Africa" refers to the geographic region of Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland and Zimbabwe (previously Rhodesia).

PRAS applications may be submitted only via this online application form.
Registration will be accepted until 5 September 2024.
Please note:
- The online application form will accept documents in the following format: JPG, PNG, PDF. All documents must be less than 10MB.
- You will need to upload the documents to the application form.
Required documentation:
- Teudat Zehut/Passport copy
- For students who are of S.A origin: Proof of Southern African lineage* showing place of birth (e.g.: copy of I.D./Teudat Oleh/Passport/Birth Certificate)
- I.D.F Release papers or Release Confirmation from the IDF/ “Sherut Leumi” completion certificate.
- Proof of acceptance to academic institution in 2024/25 academic year (including tuition fees/payment/prepayment if available). Please do not send proof of acceptance from last year. **

** This may be in the form of an official acceptance letter, a photo or screenshot of enrollment information, etc.
